A daily planner for ADHD
Say it, it's set. For the days your focus drifts.
Most planners assume you'll sit down each morning and plan the day. With ADHD that's the step that goes missing. Set it Now works the other way round: get the thought out of your head the moment it turns up, and let the app hold on to it.
Catch it before it slips
Type it the way you'd say it, or tap the mic and say it: “call the vet tomorrow at 10”. It underlines the words it understood and tells you when it's set for before anything is saved. If it heard you wrong, one tap takes it back out. Typing and dictating are free.
Nothing quietly falls off
Anything you didn't get to lands in Overdue instead of disappearing into yesterday. It stays there until you tick it, move it or delete it.
The morning briefing is a glance, not a meeting: what's on today, the next event and anything left over, so the day isn't a surprise.
One thing at a time
Start the focus timer on a task, not an anonymous 25-minute block. Rain, ocean, forest, white noise or brown noise if a sound helps, loud enough to drown out an open-plan office. Each session is logged, so you can see your focus hours for the week.
Reminders at the time you set
A notification at the time you set, no earlier and no later. Tasks repeat daily, weekly, monthly or on the days you pick, so the bins and the gym don't need remembering twice.
One app to check, not six
Tasks, your Google or Outlook calendar, habits, a journal, a shopping list and the focus timer share one app and one timeline. Fewer places to look means fewer things lost between them.
It learns when you get things done
Every tick has a time on it. Once there are enough, a band on your day shows the hours you usually finish things. That's Rhythm. The band is free, and Pro uses it to suggest times that suit you.
What it costs
Free covers the whole planner, with no ads on any plan. Pro is $15 AUD a year, about $1.25 a month, for more planning help, all your calendars and the rest of the Pro list. The FAQ has the details.
Set it Now isn't a treatment for ADHD. It's a planner made to fit the way an ADHD day actually goes.
