A planner for shift work

For when work isn't 9–5.

Most planners assume a Monday-to-Friday day. Nurses, chefs, retail staff and anyone on a rotating roster end up with a calendar that doesn't fit. Shift work is one of the reasons Set it Now exists.

Templates for the shifts you always work

Save your usual shifts once: early, late, night, whatever your workplace calls them. Each has its start and end time and its own colour. Building the week is dropping them onto the days.

The week's hours added up

The roster adds up your hours for the week as you go, so a heavy week is obvious before you're in it.

To-dos on the same timeline

Your to-dos and calendar events sit on the same timeline as your shifts, so you can see what fits before a night shift and what has to wait for a day off. Google Calendar and Outlook sync on the web.

The address one tap away

Each shift can carry its location. One tap opens it in your maps app on the way in, which helps when you work across more than one site. Pro adds drive times between events and a leave-by time.

Everything else in one place

Habits, a focus timer, a journal and a shopping list are in the same app, and a morning briefing tells you what's on before you head out.

What it costs

Free covers the whole planner, with no ads on any plan. Pro is $15 AUD a year, about $1.25 a month, for more planning help, all your calendars and the rest of the Pro list. The FAQ has the details.
